Job Summary:

UK Protection Ltd is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at a high-end beauty and fragrance retailer. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with clients in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and control access to the store, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Participate in regular training and development to enhance security skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous front of house retail security experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Current SIA license – Door Supervisor as a minimum.
  • Passport/Birth Certificate/RTW/Share Code.
  • Driving License.
  • Previous experience within security, preferably with loss prevention knowledge in a front of house retail environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Self-employed at £12.50 per hour.
  • Working 5 on 2 off shift pattern.
  • Flexibility to work at weekends and weekdays.

Language:

  • English (required).

Security Clearance:

  • SIA Door Supervisor (required).
