The role of IPG COO Client Reporting and Performance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Client Reporting team to ensure the accuracy of client statements and to support Front Office queries on client reports.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing customised reports on client/ RM request
- Provide SME support to Operations regarding specific financial instrument behaviours.
- Perform analysis and corrections on clients reports where necessary.
- Perform periodic monitoring and data quality controls on performance and other relevant data for client statements.
- Work closely with booking centres validate release of client statements.
- Undertake investigations into detected/ reporting reporting errors and where appropriate raise incident tickets to have issue resolved.
- Support platform changes/ projects as SME on client reporting.
- Provide first line support to Customer Service Help Desk and Front Office reporting queries ensuring that responses are accurate and timely.
- Support continuous improvement of digital and non-digital reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Good understanding and working knowledge of capital market, alternative financial products and related product lifecycles.
- The ideal candidate will have worked either in a Wealth or Private Banking background.
- Working knowledge of performance reporting methodologies including time weighted rate or return and money-weighted rate of return - ideally within a Wealth Management or Private Banking context.
- Experience of client reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in an environment that demands organisational agility and getting results through effective management of processes;
- Ability to detect, identify and define problems then design effective solutions and implement appropriate controls
