Your new company
Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea.
My client is looking for an individual who has experience with legal research to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.
Your new role
Your new role as Legal Administrator will require you to maintain the organisation's legal files (electronic and physical), ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with the organisation's policies and regulations.
You will be expected to use your initiative in this role and operate with extreme attention to detail. This role involves many administrative tasks, such as general filing, telephone and email correspondence and production of legal letters.What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who has strong administrative and clerical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and accuracy.
They will also be able to work using their own initiative.The successful candidate will be an individual who has experience in a legal environment and ideally has knowledge of conveyancing transactions.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to 23,000 pro rata. You will be working within a supportive work environment where there is access to free parking. The company offers a generous holiday allowance.
