**Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor required in Swansea.**
- Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum pending experience with access to up to £2,000 bonus scheme.
- 40 hour week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Opportunity to work within large multi-site family run dealer group operating for over 96 years.

Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group, are currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Accident Repair Centre in Swansea.

**Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a friendly team of one other Customer Service Advisor and two Vehicle Damage Assessors/Estimators, as a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Booking vehicles in for accident/cosmetic body repairs.
- Liaising with the Centre Manager to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including establishing customers onward travel arrangements, updating customers whilst their vehicle is in the workshop, handing over vehicles after repair work and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through training.
- Adopting a sales approach regarding the upsell of repairs required and relevant approved products
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
- Initially dealing with any complaints until senior management are involved.

It is essential to our client that the successful Customer Service Advisor will have very strong organisational and IT skills as well as a friendly and approachable personality with an emphasis on customer service. Current or recent experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar would be highly advantageous and an automotive background would be desirable, but is not essential. A full UK driving license with mínimal points is essential though.
