About the role:
As we continue to evolve, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director (Bars & Restaurants) to join our team. You will have 6 sites that are all based in the North East – Jalou Newcastle/ Tickets, Jalou York, Fiume/ River Bar (Washington) and then in Jesmond; 97 & Social, Spy Bar and Sohe.
Driving commercial and operational excellence, you will work closely the senior management team, HR, sales and marketing and your General Managers to drive your venues. Living and breathing what we do, you will be in your venues at peak times and will:
Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
Strive for operational excellence in everything we do.
Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales and Marketing.
About you:
