The Role:
Thesleff Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable to join our finance team.

As an Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording all invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


The

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review all incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process weekly, monthly recs and payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Intercompany reconciliations and recharges
  • Maintaining Proforma Register
  • Managing Inventory System, articles and new suppliers min SUN and Tevalis
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoicerelated issues or inquiries
  • Assist in monthend closing, inventory reconciliation
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations

The Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role/environment, with multi company exposure / intercompany
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with automated accounts payable systems
  • Prior experience in a fastpaced, highvolume transactions
