My client is a trailblazing Blockchain project (Top100) with a strong community. To further strengthen their position in the market and to differentiate themselves from competitors, the company is seeking a visionary Head of Developer Relations (m/f/d) to lead their engagement with the developer community. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with developers and fostering a vibrant ecosystem.

Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy Engage with the developer community through events, workshops, hackathons, and online forumsCreate educational content, tutorials, and documentation that empower developers to build on our platformGather feedback from developers to inform product development and enhancementsBuild and lead a high-performing developer relations teamCollaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align developer outreach with company objectivesRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups The Successful Applicant Proven experience in developer relations, advocacy, or technical community management in the Blockchain / Fintech sectorPrevious experience in the Web2 world highly appreciatedStrong technical background with a deep understanding of Blockchain technologies and ecosystemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire developersExperience organizing and running developer events and programsAbility to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiencesLeadership skills with experience in team management and cross-functional collaborationCandidate should be based in Europe What's on Offer A leadership role at the forefront of the Blockchain revolutionA culture of innovation, where your ideas and contributions make a significant impactCompetitive salary plus tokensOpportunities for personal and professional growth in a rapidly expanding industry
