Offering an excellent benefits package and a friendly and supportive team, we are looking for an administrator to support our Brink of Change programme and admissions into our day rehab programme.

The Forward Trust are a leading provider of Community Rehabilitation Services across Liverpool. We believe and are committed to providing opportunities to all people including those with Lived Experience we encourage applications from all background including those in recovery from addiction, co-dependency or gambling, have experience of previous offending or homelessness.

What you will be doing

This role will be supporting the administration of our Brink of Change programme at the Brink including inputting client information on to Forward Trust case management systems. You will also be supporting the Admission teams as SHARP. At SHARP you will also act as front of house and therefore this role is vitally important in terms of communicating the quality and professionalism of the treatment setting whilst supporting the wider operational team.

The role will be based across two sites which are within a 10-minute walking distance of each other.

  • A highly organised individual with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Good time management skills and an ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Experience of working with and a understanding of IT applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience of accurately inputting data with an eye for detail and the ability to sense check data
