Job Overview:
( Chinese Speaking ) We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Chinese marketing strategies to drive company awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires an ability of content creation, UK immigration analytical skills, and a strong understanding of Chinese digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote UK immigration and legal services to the Chinese market.
  • Conduct Chinese market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns with UK companies, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including posts, videos, social media updates, WeChat moments, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Chinese marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, finance, legal, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, and service promotion.
  • Stay up to date with UK immigration updates and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Be able to translate in Chinese and English fluently.
  • Deal with client visa application process and handle application document.
  • Be able to handle other potential office work related with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, High English proficiency Speaking and Writing
  • Have experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media (Red) regulation.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
