TEMPORARY, FLEXIBLE OPPORTUNITIES to give NEXT customers amazing service during the End of Season Sale and our busy summer season.

Typically, 2 weeks up to 10 week's work available from 23rd June 2024 to 1st September 2024. Contract length varies per store.

About the Role:

To be a successful Summer Season Support Team Member you will work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or both to offer fast and friendly service. Working alongside the instore team you will support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managers at all times

Sales floor work includes:

Offering fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products Helping get stock to the sales floor as quickly as you can Keeping the sales floor looking fantastic and easy to shop from Stockroom work includes:

Accurately processing stock quickly to the highest standard, such as scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, putting stock away Locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time Keeping all back areas of the store clean, tidy and organised We'll offer amazing benefits (conditions apply), see list further below

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.

What's Next

As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial Interview so we can have a chat to find out more about you.
