An opportunity has arisen for an AP Analyst to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Manager.
This role will be Primary processor of all Accounts Payable activity
Main duties &
responsibilities:
Process incoming AP invoicesProcess expense claims, credit card payments and other ad hoc itemsResolve AP issues communicating directly with local customer & Cicor TeamsPerform Supplier Statement ReconciliationsCreate payment proposals and load payments into bank portalProcess all non-standard AP paymentsLoad new/changes to supplier master data Forecast Cash PaymentsPrepare AP KPI'sPerform other Finance duties as required
The core requirements for this role are:
Experience in AP within a medium / large businessDemonstrate good numeracy or accountancy skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work with business wide teamsStrong IT skills

Our Recruitment Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be initially interviewed via Microsoft Teams. This will allow you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about TT, our site and our team. It will also give us the chance to learn more about you and your experience to date. At this point both parties can decide if they would like to continue with the process.Onsite panel interview will be held at the Newport site and include a tour of the facility.We welcome applications from underrepresented groups, ED&I is firmly on the TT agenda
Due to the specific projects the site supports we are unable to sponsor work visas for this role. Candidates will be required to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard Clearance.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre and during employment drug and alcohol testing.
