We are looking for a Product Operations Manager who can help us build and execute our short, medium and long term strategic product vision and direction. The successful candidate will help build, grow, and communicate our product strategy across the company to empower our studios, product teams and the wider business to ensure we are always building the best product for our customers and players. Additionally, the successful candidate will act as the link between our Design and Development teams and our commercial and marketing teams, ensuring that product is carried through from inception to launch in the most optimal way.

  • Works with our studios to periodically create our content roadmap ensuring it meets the needs of the business and the market.
  • Working with our product and ecosystem teams to create a roadmap that is innovative and supportive of our content roadmap, offering a unified product experience to our customers and players.
  • Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and distribution of an aligned product roadmap to all key stakeholders across the business with a focus on ensuring it is clear, understood and any change is highlighted and clearly explained.
  • Ensuring each area of the business aligns to our collective product strategy.
  • Identifying new revenue generating opportunities by recognizing gaps in the market and working collectively with our internal teams to develop leading solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop business cases for new strategic initiatives, including detailed plans that outline the value proposition, target outcome, and financial projections.
  • Understanding each of our products deeply, what makes them strong, where their weaknesses are and guiding the thinking for the product of tomorrow.
  • Working directly with our Insight team to make data led decisions that influence product direction.
  • Along with the Insight team, drives the creation and distribution of market and competitor analysis, using internal and external data sources, ensuring Anaxi has a deep understanding of our competitive landscape and are leading in terms of content and innovation.
  • Supporting our Product Marketing function ensuring that marketing is aligned with the product strategy and caries forward the best part of our games and products.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the cross functional organisation to gain support in championing new initiatives.
What we're looking for
  • Experienced in the world of iGaming with a deep knowledge of its products.
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit to bring new and exciting ideas to the forefront.
  • Detailed knowledge of the US and UK iGaming spaces
  • Strong communicator at all levels across product, commercial and development
  • Thinks outside the box and considers what could be in the future and not just about what exists today.
  • Knowledge of Aristocrat content and IP is desirable.
