Job Description

is looking for a Senior Product Manager responsible for developing and implementing technologies to combat financial crime. The job involves improving and strengthening our capabilities to detect and manage suspicious activities. The successful candidate must deeply understand AML/CTF and work closely with analytics, engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.

They will also need to balance customer experience, risk, and operations to ensure that we not only detect advanced forms of money laundering but also do it efficiently and at scale. Daily tasks will include understanding stakeholders' pain points, driving prioritization for product development, and developing new capabilities for our customers.

Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We've worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally. During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.

Qualifications

5-7 years of product management experience.
Experienced in developing financial products that comply with local regulations or combat money laundering or fraud by leveraging large amounts of data.
You are enthusiastic about using data, business insights, and machine learning models to identify strategic priorities and improve the performance of your domain.
Customer-first: You think from the customer's perspective and can balance future opportunities with immediate needs.
End-to-end mindset: Think structured and diligently, understanding all key components necessary to drive a product's ongoing success.
Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, compliance, operations and commercial, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills.
Effective communicator: Able to inspire others with a shared vision and simplify complex concepts for various audiences.

How you'll make an impact
As the owner of transaction monitoring systems, build innovative solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Shape requirements, features, and products by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams.
Take ownership of your product's lifecycle stages, including timely releases, effective communication, user adoption, and compliance.
Build strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders and work with them their buy-in and collaboration to generate momentum for your products
Work with other product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment with their roadmaps and delivery
Gain a deep understanding of 's customers and business
Foster a team culture that upholds 's operating principles.
