The role is responsible for the overall financial performance of the Division. Key responsibilities:
Sales
Monitor and drive performance, manage risks through mitigation planning and driving opportunities through to execution. Optimize brand, channel, and category mix for the division. Ensure governance and controls around sales recognition and GTN spend. Marketing
Market Share: Develop detailed understanding of market share performance: understand positioning of Coty brands vis a vis the competition, and partner with stakeholders to drive market share performance. Media: work with marketing to manage media mix to drive strongest ROI
Develop scenarios with key stakeholders to maximize performance of the division.
In partnership with key stakeholders, develop scenarios to optimize mix across brand, channel, customer, and category segments.Other
Balance Sheet: Lead BS review for related areas and ensure appropriate controls and maintenance on key BS accounts. Ensure succinct, relevant, and timely insights to guide senior stakeholder's decision making. : Partner with CFO and Divisional FDs to drive standardization and simplification of activities. Leadership and Team development: Lead and develop direct reports, nurturing talent and providing development opportunities. Actively plan succession for roles across finance in partnership with CFO.
