Your role as Assistant Manager: Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company standards, policies and proceduresMotivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitalityOngoing training and development of the teamDriving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectationsMaintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink qualityAdhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensingConduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter controlWhat we are looking for:
