HR Officer Role and

Responsibilities:
\r
\r

\r
\tER case management, absence management \r
\tSupporting on TUPE transfers \r
\tAdvertise and manage job vacancies \r
\tAssist with Payroll Queries if the Payroll team are unavailable. \r
\tConfirmation of Earnings letters and references. \r
\tForming and maintaining employee and candidate records \r
\tReporting on HR metrics, such as company turnover, cost of recruitment \r
\tSupport with designing and updating job descriptions \r
\tUpdate and control the Induction and training processes and compliance \r
\tKeeping abreast of Employment Law/Legislation changes \r
\r
\r

\r


Your previous experience in HR, employee relations and HR administration will give you an excellent springboard to make a success of this HR Officer role.
