Area Services Coordinator Role:

  • Home-based position with regular travel across multiple locations
  • Full-time, permanent role with flexible work arrangements
  • Responsible for overseeing support services and housing operations
  • Collaborate with the Area Services Manager to ensure high-quality care for clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with service providers to deliver trauma-informed support
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers
  • Manage daily operations of housing units and referrals system
  • Monitor client pathway quality and address risks effectively
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis

Requirements for Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in managing support services and housing operations
  • Strong leadership skills and dedication to providing trauma-informed care
  • Knowledge of risk management, safeguarding, and data protection
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff and volunteers
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to provide support outside regular hours
