Area Cleaning Operations Manager

This position requires a high level of communication skills related to training line workers and supervisors, as well as relating positively to workers. The Area Manager works in conjunction with the Key Account Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage budgets, quality control, staffing, training, work assignments, and time cards
- Conduct monthly on-site inspections with Site Supervisor and/or client to ensure quality control
- Develop and maintain a satisfactory working knowledge in all areas including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation, chemical knowledge, and safety
- Prepare clear, legible written reports, quality control inspections, employee evaluations, and other forms as needed
- Read, comprehend, and implement the Scope of Work for a contract and communicate that knowledge to Site Supervisor and workers
- Manage accounts using computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, and other products
- Full-time, Permanent position
- Company car and on-site parking
- Monday to Friday schedule with weekend availability
- Driving Licence (preferred)
