About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers and deliver excellent customer service.
