Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join a global development operations team, known as the IPI Team. This role will primarily focus on managing various projects, some of which are technology-based or business process-oriented. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives and reviews.

Responsibilities:
Manage one or more high-level, complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements.Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including feasibility study, requirements analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning.Regularly interact with management and coordinate the activities of project team members.Document all project requirements and/or objectives.Obtain and manage external resources required for project completion. Key Skills and Requirements:Expertise in running medium to large scale projects.Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures.Experience with project management and analyst methodologies (e.g. Agile) and best practices.Strong analytical skills and understanding of business process development best practices.Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration.Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
