We are now searching for a Senior Treasury Manager to join us to work remotely in the UK or Europe.

What you'll do

  • Own the Company's foreign exchange risk management programs to mitigate exposure risk in both P&L and balance sheet.
  • Drive daily management of the cash and liquidity processes including setting the liquidity strategy for Cytiva in conjunction with Danaher Corporate policy.
  • Oversee trade finance programs, including issuance, management, and reporting of bank guarantees/letters of credit.
  • Lead/participate in global treasury and finance process improvement projects, including but not limited to systems and process integration, cashpooling and liquidity, cash distributions and loan repayments, etc.
  • Report to Senior Director, Cash & Treasury, manage one additional Treasury associate, and partner with regional cash teams, controllership, Tax, and commercial operations to drive day-to day execution and process improvements, while supporting the business growth and protecting the company's assets.

Who you are

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and / or relevant proven financial work experience.
  • Experienced Treasury professional, with demonstrated strong knowledge of FX Exposure, Liquidity management, trade finance, and banking systems.
  • Experience leading through direct and indirect leadership with the proven ability to delegate and/or redirect certain day-to-day responsibilities
  • Clear thinker and skilled communicator who can effectively explain complex Treasury concepts to less knowledgeable associates and to senior leadership.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: able to identify and understand underlying root causes of operational performance. History of process improvement and / or project management to deliver improved results.
  • Excellent organization skills: able to balance multiple priorities, both short-term and long-term, across multiple action owners and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
  • This is a remote based role and you will be either based in the UK or Europe due to time zones
