My client is a boutique wealth planning practice based near Gerrards Cross who have been operating for 25+ years. I have been assisting with their recruitment for the past year and got to know their business incredibly well. They are looking to expand theirteam moving into 2023.

They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators.

The business as a whole manages over £700m of clients assets.
They do no marketing activity whatsoever as they gain all new business via recommendation and referral.

This business has a team of 3 Advisers and a full administrative and technical support team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients.

A vacancy has come available for a Senior IFA Administrator reporting into the OperationsManager. The role will be office based but there is potential for you to WFH in the future.

If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies but they are seeking a career administrator or someonewho isn't too progressive and wants to become a paraplanner or adviser.

My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting.

Cultural fit will be very important tomy client.

They are a very gregarious group and all get stuck into whatever neds to get done, they are a very close knit team and all have the best interest of their clients at the front of their minds.

The role will be doing full IFA administration on wholeof market products and processing submissions and new business processing. If you have used Intelligent Office or FE Analytics before this will be highly advantageous. An array of platform experience will be very helpful too.

My client are looking to offer £30k - £35k basic salary but they will offer more for an outstanding individual, up to £40k plus a bonus and benefits package.
