Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator

Location: Remote Opportunity

Salary: Up to £35k

We are working with a successful financial services firm, and they're looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to collaborate with and support their top financial advisor in the business. The company will also offer you progression and support for professional certifications.

Senior IFA Administrator Duties:

  • Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated financial planners.
  • Serving as the client's point of contact and overseeing workflows to ensure the services are supplied promptly
  • Preparing client valuations and review packs
  • Using back office technology to guarantee complete and accurate client records
  • Report writing and research for Financial Advisor

Experience required for a Senior IFA Administrator to come on board:

  • At least 1 years' experience as an administrator in a financial services firm
  • Confidence when liaising with clients and producing documentation
  • MUST have report writing experience within a financial admin role
