We are looking for an AP Processor to join our team based in London (UK) to support the accounting function of one of our brands.

How You Will Make a Difference

Vendor and intercompany invoice posting, retrieving invoices from company portals where required Manage all banking activity as it relates to Accounts Payable; including weekly payment run and working with treasury on account balances and reconciliation Maintain communications between business units, vendors and the local team Research and resolve escalated inquiries related to vendors, payment discrepancies, workflow approvals, etc. Fixed asset management Manage and process vendor banking information change requests. T&E credit card reconciliation/booking and expense payments Assist with internal and external audit requests Inventory accounting Reconciliation of some balance sheet accounts Provision of VAT information to support filing Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Excellent understanding of systems -Excel and PC skills; SAP & Cognos experience preferred Strong attention to detail, ability to analyse and and balance prioritie Free to Be
