Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure seamless workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
