Operations Manager - Domestic AdjustingThis is a varied and demanding role working for a large organisation in which you will be working alongside all levels of stakeholders and managing a team handling property insurance claims.

This role will cover the Berkshire and Wiltshire area.

Hybrid working, you will be expected to attend one of the offices for one or two days a week as a minimum.

The role will include supporting a dedicated domestic adjusting team generally handling claims up to £100K in value. Duties and

responsibilities:
Mentor and train all direct reports (roughly 10 reports at present)Promote and deliver on operational goals - making claims easyUnderstand the importance of customer serviceMeet all financial targetsEnsure all activity is compliantLiaise with insurer clients as requiredRequired Skills and ExperienceExperience in handling property insurance claimsProven management skillsCompetent IT SkillsBenefitsFlexible and hybrid working optionsFully expensed car or car allowance Supported professional qualifications25 days holidaysBonus
