Are you passionate about supporting young people to gain industry experience? You will be responsible for a caseload of students enrolled on a variety of T-Level programmes. This is a diverse role which involves co-ordinating substantial industry placements required for students to successfully complete their qualification. You would be working in an experienced team who are passionate about what they do. We are a kind and supportive team who would love to have you join us.


What skills are we looking for:

  • An excellent communicator - you must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including students, parents, curriculum staff and external employers.
  • A multitasker - you must be able to work on various projects at the same time.
  • A strong organizer - you need to be able complete tasks from start to finish, meet deadlines and work within a budget.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Achieve Industry Placement and new business targets.
  • Effectively prepare students for their placement and matching them to suitable positions.
  • Liaise with students and employers to monitor placement progress and ensure successful completion.

The Location: The role would be based at either our Nuneaton or South Wigston sites. Travel between different sites and to various external locations will be required.
