Is a key turnover contributor increasing boutique sales and achieving specific sales targets with consistency by working on his/her own retail KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences & services in store Actively shows his/her ability and willingness to support & coach other team members on the floor Nurtures the teams with watch industry and local market competitive environment knowledge Promotes all TAG Heuer touchpoints (e-commerce, care, boutiques...) to deliver an outstanding experience Propose new ideas to develop sales (VM, Product Assortment, trainings, events, ...), through operational action plans ...A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WHO LEVERAGES ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO BUILD LONG-LASTING PERSONAL CONNECTIONS WITH CLIENTS

Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique management (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing...) with full autonomy and agility Leverages properly all tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and performs VM Is proficient in Aftersales operations until the return of the watch, and proactively acts as a problem solver for complex cases Respects and promotes the brand identity, Group values and corporate guidelines with positivity and inclusiveness Is a key contributor to maintain a high level of store maintenance and provides improvement recommendations Ensures compliance with internal control policies Applies rigorously all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogues...) Knowledge of luxury retail environment Knowledge / passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies and sports Selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing, etc. Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales...
