City of Doncaster employs around 4,300 staff, who work together with Team Doncaster partners to deliver a wide range of services meeting the needs of those who live, work and visit the area. We are currently recruiting for a Network and Streetworks Manager to lead and direct our Networks, Streetworks and Public Rights of Way (PROW) teams in all aspects of planned and unplanned activities on the Doncaster's highway network.

The team are currently delivering an increased capital funding allocation for structural maintenance of its PROW assets.

The Network and Streetworks Manager will be responsible for managing the finances of the team to ensure that the service is delivered to budget and income / saving targets are met.

We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to our customers, who can build effective relationships with customers and relevant partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an operational Highways Environment, be well-organised, flexible, and have good communication skills.
