Smile Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Trust who are currently in need of a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) position at one of their primary schools in Walsall. The school is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for children from multiple Local Authorities. Students at the school have a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Complex needs, and challenging behaviour.
Role Overview:
As a SEN TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students on a 1:1 basis, ensuring they can access the curriculum and thrive within the school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to create a tailored support plan for each student, addressing their individual needs and fostering a positive learning experience.
