Pinnacle Group are looking for a hardworking Maintenance Coordinator to support the Hard FM Manager in all Hard Services related operations across a patch of schools within the Slough area. You will be joining the Facilities Management team based in Slough. Your responsibilities will include taking responsibility for the year long planner, booking in contractors and ensuring all reports are filled in correctly and manage and maintain the system. You will need to be reliable, analytical with an eye for details.

This is a full time role operating within the core hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Specialist Providers and follow up on remedials and service dates
  • Communicating programme of works to client parties
  • Updating the core business system with report sheets, compliance notes
  • Assist with the operation and development of the Company's Safety Rules and Procedures.
  • Liaise with the Management team to ensure the safe delivery of Hard FM PPM tasks, Reactive Works and small works within budget and to time.
  • Explore opportunities to reduce associated costs and increase energy efficiencies

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Hard FM
  • Practical knowledge and management of Statutory compliance requirements
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification
  • Satisfactory DBS clearance at enhanced level.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing contractors through KPI's and SLA's to achieve high performance
