We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Food and Nutrition who will share our determination to transform the life chances of our pupils. Queensbridge School is an comprehensive, friendly and oversubscribed all-ability Foundation School of 900 pupils.

We value Food and Nutrition as part of our broad and balanced curriculum and we are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher who:


• is infectiously enthusiastic about Food and Nutrition with a real flair and passion to develop an engaging and innovative curriculum which will inspire and engage our students


• has excellent classroom management skills and a high expectation for all students based on a strong track record with examination groups at both Key Stages


• has the vision, drive and enthusiasm to have a significant impact on attainment and progress within Food and Nutrition


• will actively contribute to the long term vision and practice of both the whole school and the Food and Nutrition Department

Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the school, including form tutoring Queensbridge School has an extensive programme of wider learning and a willingness to contribute to this aspect of school would be essential.
