As an Associate Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of cutting-edge game titles. Working closely with the Technical Director and cross-functional, international teams, you'll contribute to the technical vision, oversee project development.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Director to define and implement the engineering roadmap for game projects, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and project goals
  • Mentor, guide, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, from design to release, optimisation, scalability, and maintainability of game systems
  • Identify technical challenges, evaluate risks, and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
