About the Role

As a VAT Associate Director at RSM, you will play a key role in managing the interface between clients and the firm, ensuring that agreed expectations in terms of service, quality, and cost are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at an exciting part of the journey, working on a hybrid basis and reaping the rewards of being at home and in the office on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and advise on VAT planning opportunities, and undertake specialist technical assignments as required.
  • Closely monitor work in progress reports to ensure profitable recoverability of work done and timely billing of clients.
  • Assist in review and quality control procedures and the administration of the department where required.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.
