Do you have experience working within a busy finance department?Can you work in a high volume environment with an emphasis on attention to detail?Would you like to work for a leading employer in Perth with a known reputation for excellence?If yes, read onJenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a leading local employer with a national presence to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful candidate will have previous experience working as part of a small yet busy finance team within a fast paced commercial working environment.On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
  • Purchase ledger processing including reconciling supplier statements.
  • Resolving invoice queries on a daily basis.
  • Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
  • General administration including handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing and maintenance of the integrity of the CRM system.
  • Processing payments on a daily basis and collating payment runs.
  • General accounts administration and support during the month end close.
