Sales Recruitment Consultant:

  • Basic salary of £25, 000 to £30, 000 with a 1st year OTE of £45, 000 up to 40% commission (uncapped) paid monthly, quarterly and annually

Sales Recruitment Consultant:

  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings)
  • Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards & our own internal database plus social media channels
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidatesWe'd love to hear from you if this describes you:
  • High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks and disappointments (such as candidates taking roles elsewhere, accepting counter-offers or clients changing the job brief)
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
