The Impact Academy is a well-crafted programme designed to equip you with the skills necessary to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.
Over a 9-12 month period, you'll support a dedicated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools.
Your Responsibilities- In your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
- Boost candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams.
- Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set with your manager.
- Earn commission throughout your journey.
You'll receive continuous support from your team manager, Academy lead, and in-team mentor.

Graduation and BeyondAfter completing your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk.
We don't subscribe to a 'sink-or-swim' approach.
