Role Overview:
As a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and place top-tier IT and tech professionals. You will collaborate closely with both candidates and clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and facilitating a smooth recruitment process. Building strong relationships, evaluating skills, and comprehending client requirements will be essential for successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing diverse channels to source potential IT and tech candidates, including headhunting.
- Employing sales, business development, and networking strategies to generate business from client organizations.
- Visiting clients to cultivate and strengthen successful relationships.
- Managing the complete recruitment process, including negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of technology trends, market developments, and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously expanding your pipeline of prospective business opportunities within your designated market.
- Establishing a reputation as a market leader in your specialization.
- Driving new business sales revenue within your vertical market while enhancing your delivery function.
- Reporting weekly on successes, challenges, and market dynamics to management and participating in regular growth discussions with peers.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated success in IT and tech recruitment across any vertical.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in cold calling, acquiring new clients, and fostering long-term commercial relationships.
