We are looking to recruit a talented and self-motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join us in June 2024 on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.


Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development, this role is essential to driving forward the implementation of Creative United's business development plans across multiple programme and project strands.

Key responsibilities include the planning and delivery of business development activities that build on our existing service offer, responding to the needs of the creative communities that we serve, whether on a local, regional or national basis.


This is a hybrid-working role that involves spending a minimum of 2 days per week at our offices in London.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships through a combination of face to face, telephone and written communications.

You will be comfortable working with minimal supervision to plan and coordinate activities that involve the buy-in of other staff and partner organisations.

You will be able to inspire and motivate other people to work with you to achieve our shared goals and priorities through effective planning, implementation and evaluation.
