Tempest Executive are currently looking for an Interim Head of Safeguarding for a London Borough. We are currently looking for someone to be the strategic lead for safeguarding across adult social care.

We also need someone to be accountable to the Statutory Director for Adult Social Services (DASS) for implementing national and local standards and for the monitoring of all performance indicators in relation to both safeguarding and DoLS.

We also need someone to report to the Director of Adult services and agree a plan of development for Adults Services for each year.

To allow flexibility in this plan dependant on local Board and national priorities. To keep the Director of Adult Services updated regularly on progress on these objectives.

The ideal candidate would have similar experience in a previous role.
