On the non-contentious side, they specialise in drafting and negotiating major standard forms of contracts such as JCT and NEC4.

The Role
They are seeking a talented Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor / Associate with 3PQE+ to join their dynamic Birmingham team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-contentious construction law and a keen interest in contributing to high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC4.
