The purpose of the role is to construct and install small bore tubing installations and systems.
Main Duties

  • Interpret engineering drawings both hydraulic and pneumatic to a very high standard
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic instrument fittings/threads.
  • Experienced in selection and erection of hydraulic and pneumatic instruments and components.
  • Experienced with small bore tubing pressure ratings and assembly.
  • Experienced with fixed hose assemblies.
  • Create detailed service reports, maintain accurate records, complete all paperwork, test procedures, risk assessments and tool box talks to a very high standard.

The Candidate

  • Time served pipe fitter with instrumentation and small bore pipe experience
  • SBT 01-02 & 03 Preferred
  • Demonstrates a high standard in completion of tasks associated within the role as pipe fitter defined in the key responsibilities above. Demonstrable offshore/onshore experience in a pipe fitting background.
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of safe working practices and can demonstrate commitment to safe working at all times.
  • Confident and with an ability to work unsupervised and work on own initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
