Ironstone Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to work with Children & Young people in a stunning brand new provision based in Liverpool.

The home is in a lovely part of Liverpool and will be a therapeutic home for two young people. You will be part of a team where young people are at the forefront of our clients ethos. They may have suffered trauma and rejection and so the successful candidate will need to have empathy and understanding to encourage them to develop and ultimately achieve their own personal success.

Our client offers opportunities to develop and further your career through training packages tailored to your own goals, the client would like the successful candidate to work towards the Deputy Manager's position within the first year.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience within a Childrens Residential provision, have NVQ Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification.

You will receive GBP28,000 to GBP32,000 excluding sleep-ins. You can add up to GBP4,500 to your salary with sleep-ins (Sleep-ins paid at GBP50 per sleep).

Flexibility to work on a rota basis up to 10 shifts per month.

You will be included in the clients Profit Sharing Scheme. This is avalable to all members of staff

You must have a proven track record of working within a Children's Residential Care Provision and understanding all the necessary legislative frameworks.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
