Voir fashion is offering a Student Work Placement providing Student with a hands-on industry experience with some of the biggest U.K. brands and clients. Interns will take on a role that suits their skills and interest rather than spending time making photocopies and coffees.

These roles will include: writing articles for the magazine based on upcoming and current events, trends and concepts, creating exciting visual contents, assisting on social media plans, contribute to the creation of fresh and inspiring imagery for social media and digital content and support photographic shoots as assistants to the Editor, Director or Production Manager.

This role is for 3-6 months (3 months min.) Main Tasks and Key Areas of Work:
Writing articles for the magazine based on upcoming and current events, trends and concepts. Creating exciting visual contents. Assisting on social media. Contribute to the creation of fresh and inspiring imagery for social media and digital content. Meet and correspond regularly with the Editor and Artistic Director.Support photographic shoots as assistants to the Editor, Director or Production Manager. Assisting with clothes sourcing and press loans
Personal Skills / Qualities:
Working towards a degree in: Fashion or music Journalism, Journalism or Creative writing.Have a passion for Arts and CultureExcellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong knowledge and understanding of social media, especially Instagram.Excellent organization & time management with attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines. Self-motivated & able to motivate others. Flexible approach to workload. Professional fashion-led image. Proven ability to work on own initiative. An enthusiastic team player. Market, trend and visual research skills.
What you will learn / we will teach you:
How to deal with a face-paced, high-pressure work environment while meeting deadlines. How to expand on a vibrant and exciting brand through written content. You will be mentored personally but the Artistic Director and the Editor in Chief. We will assist you in building and tailoring your portfolio to reflect your achievements and desired career. You will gain unique experience in expanding an entrepreneurial, exciting and vibrant brand. Leaving a distinct impact and measurable results based on your work in the team.
