Estimator Doncaster

Approach Personnel are pleased to be working with a reputable Ground Engineering and Civils contractor to recruit an Estimator as part of their pre-construction team, working on lucrative UK projects.

This Estimator role focuses around developing indepth, work-winning cost, labour and material analyses for Piled Retaining Wall tenders, bids and estimates for potential and existing clients.

Day-to-Day

As an Estimator, here s what your day could look like:

Analysing site drawings, photos and survey reports in order to produce accurate and fair projections of cost, material and labour

Working alongside the rest of the pre-construction and bid team to ensure pipelines, service quality and timescales are managed effectively

Liaising with contractors and suppliers to acquire realistic costing for materials and labour

Being a vital point of contact for clients regarding their projects, maintaining open lines of effective communication throughout each contract

About You

Previous experience in a ground engineering, ground investigation or geotechnical based role

Proven experience in an Estimating role

Self-sufficient and Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and desire to progress

Computer and Software Literate

Full UK Clean Driving License

Salary and Contract Details

Competitive Salary c.£40,000+ per annum depending on experience

Car Allowance of £400 per month

34 Days Annual Leave inc. Bank Holidays
