Commercial Admin/Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Commercial Admin or Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a background within Social Housing, Planned Works Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for requested projects in both private and social housing clients
- Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials with assistance from the wider team
- Prepare costs using NHF Schedule of Rates and bespoke rates
- Assist the team to ensure that the required profit margins are achieved
- Pre-code and assist scheduling department
- Preparing reports
- Support the team to ensure that the business achieves its objectives
- Assisting with the development of knowledge and skills within the existing team
Knowledge / Experience:
- Possession of full UK Driving Licence
- Very strong knowledge of NHF schedule of rates
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software packages
