Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans across Europe across multiple markets and locations.Lead and motivate a high-performing team across accounts, technical service and business development.Foster long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Lead a value service proposition to customers. Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors.Drive the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the leadership team. Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's market share. The Successful Applicant

A successful European Sales Director should have:

Proven experience in a senior sales role in related sectorStrong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales growth.A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering would be useful. Proficiency in English and one or more European languages.
