What will you be doing?

  • Advising on tax aspects: Use your expertise to provide advice on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructuring. You will also work on SDLT, VAT, and employment tax matters.
  • Client interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
  • Collaborative working: Work closely with your colleagues in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates, and Tax team, ensuring a seamless service for your clients.
What are we looking for?

  • Specialist tax solicitor: You will have a minimum of 2 years + PQE, with a strong background in advising on tax matters. You will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructuring.
  • Broad tax knowledge: Ideally, you will have knowledge of SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes, enabling you to provide comprehensive advice to your clients.
  • Team player: Our client values collaboration and teamwork. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
