Our client is an industry leading Legionella Consultancy who provide high end consultancy to blue-chip clients.

Due to continued growth are now seeking to take on a business minded and hard-working Legionella Sales Manager to join their South East team.

This role would suit someone who has extensive experience working in sales within the Legionella industry and has a proven track record of successfully growing existing accounts and sourcing new business.

You will also be cross selling services to clients and providing support and advice to the internal sales team to ensure maximum results.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a professional and continuously growing business who pride themselves on providing high-end consultancy services to a varied range of sites.


Consideration will be given to candidates from: Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Guildford, Windsor, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Watford, St Albans, Aylesbury, Winchester, Eastleigh, Petersfield.


Experience & Qualifications:
" Background working long term in a sales / BDM role for an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company.
" Experience working hands on as an engineer within a Legionella / Water Hygiene role would be beneficial to the role.
" Experience managing and developing a team.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Excellent eye for detail, able to identify opportunities for growth.
" Able to organise workload efficiently.
" Can communicate with clients / colleagues efficiently.

The Role:
" Ensuring smooth day - to - day running of the sales and BDM team.
" Ensuring growth across all company departments.
" Working to targets, ensuring there is consistent growth.
" Providing accurate financial forecasting.
" Efficiently developing the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and training, providing advice on the best strategies.
" Attending meetings with clients routinely, representing the company in a professional manner.
" Overseeing and managing the development of new business, opportunities, and devising sales strategies.
" Upselling company services and products to new and existing clients.
" Attending sales meetings.
" Reporting and liaising with internal management and directors.
" Working alongside the company's marketing team, ensuring to maximise results.
