Job title: Training and Development Lead

Salary: £54,793+

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of operators to create and deliver new training courses and also deliver existing courses to a variety of disciplines within BAE
  • Define and manage a training delivery process, from requirements to signoff, to support the needs of the business
  • Manage the maintenance and discharge of existing training courses
  • Analyse and assess training requirements and help lead the development of new courses
  • Manage the maintenance of the training environments
  • Facilitate ad-hoc training as and when required

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of managing/leading a team
  • Demonstrable experience in training and in the delivery of training
  • A training qualification such as TAP would be advantageous

The team:

You will lead Engineering Systems Competency Centre (ESCC) training activities across various projects and programmes within BAE Systems. You will also manage the current training resource to meet the demands for upcoming business critical work, including Atlassian, Teamcenter Unified and Teamcenter Enterprise.
